Feeding Our Farmers

Nov 07, 2023

LINCOLN, NE. November 7, 2023 - As the harvest season unfolds, we at Frontier extend our hand in gratitude to the hardworking farmers in the area. In partnership with numerous local FFA chapters, we’ve been working hard to host our annual "Feed the Farmer" events, where the simple act of sharing a meal becomes a powerful symbol of appreciation.

This year, Frontier Cooperative has gone above and beyond by preparing and serving over 1300 meals to area farmers. Whether it's the preparation of lunches at our various locations or making deliveries to the field, these events serve as a humble gesture to thank our farmer owners for their continued support.

"Feed the Farmer" events go beyond providing sack lunches. They are a celebration of the vibrant communities that revolve around agriculture and the dedicated individuals who keep them thriving. Frontier Cooperative understands the interconnectedness of the farming community and want to preserve that tradition.

We thank the numerous volunteers and participating FFA chapters for the time and effort they’ve devoted to helping us support our local farmers and community members!

Thank you to the following FFA chapters for being involved with our "Feed the Farmer" events: Osceola, East Butler, Syracuse, Humphrey, Raymond Central, Weeping Water, Freeman, Conestoga, North Bend.
